you must insert the "antileech.dll" in c:\users\YourNameUser\App Data\Local\emule\config , then after you can push Reload button in emule chimera

Yes that's exactly that. With ECR you can see in stats window and in transfer windows the mod of emule clients (like the number of morphxt users ...)
A little feature request can you had the "generate new rsa key" option like in toxic and sbi mod please.
I think it had some security about being detected.
