The administration told me the downtime was caused by routing and DNS issues, but they're cheaters, you can't trust them.

Generally, people think that the word cheater is a bad one.

In china its a honor to be a cheater, but they just don't called it cheater.
They would say something like 'a person who uses tricks to enhance his ability to be better as the rest'..

And also copying stuff, as good as possible, is also a sign of respect in their culture.

On Topic: Missed SBI, I dont like it, when it's down.
