Well the following are down atm. Most of them are facing some kind of DDOS attack. News here

Wow it has to be some big playa behind those attacks, its no joke to bring down to knees so much high profile trackers. As it requires substantial resources, not many could coordinate THIS strong botnet attacks.
Maybe someone was paid for it by copyright trolls.
