Installation:
1. Download and install Azureus (if this is a Beta/CVS update, download the latest NON BETA release) (Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
2. Optional: If you want to make a backup of your old Vuze version. Go to the install directory and rename Azureus2.jar to Azureus2.jar.bak
3. Extract the RAR using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Azureus (C:\Program Files\Azureus) and overwrite ALL files.
4. Run Azureus and Enjoy!

Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
2. You have removed the Azureus folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Azureus).
3. You have removed the Azureus folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Azureus for XP
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Azureus for Vista
4. Reinstalled Azureus using the package from Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded RAR.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Azureus settings.


Single Exe version (All in One)
Single Exe version doesnt need Vuze installed on your PC just download, extract and run the exe. Only java is needed to be installed.

Additional Info:
You can upgrade from a previous version seamlessly - your torrent list will not be lost.

Every computer geek updates his applications to latest version every time a new comes out, so i'm sure they want the latest. Just to see new features and for the e-penis too ofc <========3 . The newer version is, the bigger the e-penis gets. Cant you see this or just pretending to not seeing???

I confirm this works on Linux, great stuff, I am loving the + (fake upload) stop faking when swarm speed is zero because when dealing with higher level trackers, we are faster at upping the ante

There is just one issue with it on linux. No scrollbars appear when I try to change cheating settings to a single torrent, not global settings. So on 1366x768 screen i cant get down to editing the faking speed. I can do it on my 24' monitor, but for my 1366x768 laptop I make the window bigger than my resolution, then using ALT+MOUSE1 i move it to see the downside of vuze window if you got the point. :)
Yeah and the distro is Ubuntu 10.04 x64, Java 1.6.0_20, kernel v2.6.32-23-generic, V4.4.0.4 being spoofed of 4.3.0.5_B01_DDJ (VEM files copied over 4.3.0.4). Maybe i should try searching for java updates, but I think it's an issue in VEM. Maybe someone can tell me if in the latest version it isn't so, then i'm probably looking forward to it. But i'm sure 90% or even more uses VEM under Windows. By the way it worked fine with windows, the scrollbars appeared correctly in all cases. I mean i cant see them under ubuntu, it's the SB-Innovation Hack Fake tab when doubleclicking on a torrent.

It's a person. He coded the original mod, named after him (it's called Abuze Mod now). DDJ and ghostfucker took its code and began keeping it updated, as well as adding new features.
