We're thinking about changing its level due to what MoS has posted in that page of the tracker levels thread.

And the number between square brackets is an overall rating.

so is it going to be hard to get into considering that iam just restarting with torrent sites again after my pc blew up and a lot of my sites were not parked

Well, MoS suggested a level between 6 and 7, and based on his information I kind of agree, so yes, it's going to be pretty hard to get in.
