Playing online with SB-I Members

take in mind to not share over public to much informations remember that tracker staff is doing everything to grab your ip

We know...that's why it is so hard to find a way for us to play together without having anyone know any IPs.
I think cheatos will make a tunngle tutorial tomorrow.No information is shared through that tool.

and luckily everything worked as expected (with some failures at the beginning)

anyway a game (Me VS SBF) in TeeWorlds using Tunngle and Xfire for chat in the back.

The Guide:

1) download Tunngle:
tunngle: Downloads
2) register an account:
http://www.tunngle.net/en/account/?register=1
3) install it
4) install Xfire and PM me or SBFreak with your username(not nickname)

-How to join/host a game

A) You need to make the Tunngle adapter the first adapter in the computer

Windows Vista/7 : Right click on the connection > "Open network and sharing center" > "Change adapter settings" > click "Alt" from the keyboard > then Advanced > Advanced Settings then move the Tunngle to the top.

XP: Start > CP > Network connections > Advanced > Advanced Settings then move the Tunngle to the top.

B) If the game has an option to chose the IP chose the one that begins with "7.x.x.x"

C) One of use will host, then the others will do a LAN-Game search

D) Play!

5) we'll manage timing things later

* Until we get SB-I members to join the Clan to chat about the game
* Games will be chosen shortly

I would die for a Call Of Duty game with you guys ... so I'm fully for this idea if properly organized, and still we can post the channel IP addy for all members to connect to using COD's online patch.

Any help from my side would be ready any time.

Yes, essentially it is.

it's like Hamachi then,most people use Hamachi for this kind of stuff,you just make hamachi server,put pass on it and give other players IP and Pass and you are ready to go

yes but tunngle is easier, more developed, supports many games, one click play
servers in Germany where i have acceptable pings.

...unlike hamachi in everything
no rooms ....etc , try it.

Yes, it seems it tunnels internet peers to emulate a LAN connection between them all.
