Well,I would like to add that most of those so called rare trackers seek only getting the most rarest stuff you would ever dream of,which is quite lame in my opinion since nothing,I believe,is rare now aday due to the variey introduced by almost every public tracker. Moreover, being one of those trackers isn't that nice as most of you might think, you have to keep activity to the highest possible level in order to avoid getting auto pruned.

Another weird that I've experienced myself,is that some trackers care about not being mentioned on public more than barign in mind their barring capacity to larger portion of torrents or increasing their user base, yeah that's true, they just take care of their fake pages, multiple per user log-in URLs ...etc which is relatively cool, yeah, but what about building a huger data base including fresh well seeded torrents.

Security? You saw what happened to TL. The first incarnation of UK-T (before their re-opening) was taken down by the MPAA, if I'm not mistaken. I think they'd rather stay in the shadows.

If we talk larger data base with tighter security aspects, then nothing would detect them. Also bare in mind that a talented team of coders supporting a tracker is a good stake to depend on if a tracker's admins decided to reach a bigger milestone.
