I made a similar post some time ago. About the site being very, very slow.
From the time I type in the URL it takes from 40sec to over a 1 minute to see the start page. I'm not alone in this. I have friends in other countries having the same problem. This has nothing todo with my/our browsers. Its the route here or you servers.

The problem appears when we open the page for the first time.
Try this..let the page load for 10 seconds then close the tab.
Now open SB-i again.
It should work.

site works perfect ..when sign in...till then work little bit slow...but thats not got any problem...this site is best..in the world
