with the proper options set via about:config and the userchrome file you can use javascript

The only cache and cookies they can check are theirs.

As for PTPC using the CSS leak, I don't know if they do, but I don't think so. However, it doesn't take much time to shield up and put your mind at ease.

I think they don't use CSS leak. I login to SBI and PTP in the same browser and my account has not been banned yet

I second what Hideehi said; I doubt they have scripts on their freeleech torrents.

normally trackers don't change much within just a few weeks

If TrackerCodebase="Gazelle" and TrackerName=!"What.cd" Then CheatingDifficulty=0.1

In other words, it's as easy as always. Just like in any Gazelle tracker that isn't What.cd.

2. you can get Scene releases elsewhere, as for the rest, I don't know
