PROBLEM!! Russian Trackers NOT CHEAT!!!

I've been cheating on Rutracker.org (formerly torrents.ru) and on NNM-club.me without a single issue/ban using mRatio.

I consider my method safe because I use low speeds.
Here's how I do it:

First I run uTorrent and start a few pending seeding and d/l tasks on these trackers. Then I go on the site and look for a nice torrent (about 500:100 seed-leech ratio. The leechers have to get at least 10MB/s).
Then I run mRatio and start downloading these torrents at ~1.5MB/s (memory read from uT - of cource). While I d/l the upload will be at 40~80kb/s. After I d/l the torrent I change the u/l speed to 80-150 and seed away. I usually seed a couple of days to get a ratio of ~5/.
Also, I don't like stopping seeding tasks, I change the speed to 5-20kb/s and seed for about a week.

I keep my ratio on the tracker around 3 and .... profit?

Edit: currently I seed total of 10+ torrents and leech 3 on Rutracker (uT and mRatio combined). On nnm-club I seed 15+ and leech 4 torents.

I don't know why you'd want to cheat on RuTracker. This might be obscure information to those who don't speak Russian, but they have no ratio requirements.
