The problem with these online scanners is that you never know if you trust them or not, because some files deliver mixed results, and so it's difficult to distinguish false positives from real infect.

I agree with alpacino, but still I will put this to use. I think it's better than not checking suspicious files when something seems fishy. I forgot which one I used to use, but it used to give too many false positives. Hopefully, this one is better.

Sure me too, because in the best scenario it will show you no virus at all and you are safe to go.

I personaly use VirusTotal, I always scan those keygens & patches.

No need to scan cracks and such if you stick to Scene releases, I think.

That's the best, although time and resource-consuming. Programs running under a VM should be isolated from the host OS, unless you use "Shared Folders", of course.

i dont trust sites with online antivirus scan
