Is there any emule mod that searches kad+global service together like Dreamule do. Each protocol gives some additional results so I always use both but searching one by one really tiring.

I've added such an feature which searches after sources on the server on in the kad network.
I'll try to add a combination of global and kad search in my next release...

Nice to hear that. Also auto removing characters that kad does not accept for example tr12.12 doesn't accept by kad so auto replace . with space would be good time saver (also other characters of course). Currently TK4 Mod 2.2b can do it.
Additionaly on transfers section there would be a find box that search inside transfers as we type on the fly, in other words it filters file names of transfers. Dreamule has this function and I find it very useful.
