Free VPN For Anonymous Torrent Downloading

Anonymous torrent downloading is one such feature that many paid and free VPN services like AceVPN often block, specialized free anonymous torrent downloading services like BitBlinder are not very fast and premium services like IPREDATOR requires paid subscription, however with new free anonymous torrent downloading VPN service "ItsHidden" everyone can enjoy secure private torrent downloads without paying anything.

    Question Con't connect

I can't connect to the vpn and I don't understand why. Always the following message pupups:
    Code:
Error 691: Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain
But my username and my pwd are valid, as I can log with them on itshidden's site.

And some other pptp vpn are working very well on my pc.

It works here. Make sure you're using your username and not e-mail address Otherwise, create a new account. A reboot can also help.

I followed your advice. It works noow. But 380 kb/sfor DL and 500 kb/s for UL. And no forwarding port, so that emule is low id.

But Itshidden opens at least some ports, such as 80. Could it be possible to configure me emule with this port ?

But I have tried an other thing. Being connected through Itshidden, I connected then with an openvpn client (witch has some ports opened, the same as my emule) to an other vpn provider. In a result, my mule was high id, and moreover was able to dl at èà kB/s. How is that possible ? Does'nt in this configuration my DL traffic follow the pathway web -> Openvpn provider -> Itshidden servers -> my pc ???

    (for Cheatos: I'm on XP)

I'd take that with a grain of salt. CanYouSeeMe.org says the server's port 80 is reachable, but yours isn't necessarily so - do a test with "Port Listener XP"!

Double VPN? Your processor will be short-lived.

Since you connected to itsHidden first, and then to that OpenVPN, which makes you connectable, it's logical that you are. Incoming connections are tunneled through your outgoing ones. This is the same reason why if you connected to your OVPN from behind a router without any forwarded ports, you'd still be connectable.

My processor is accustomed to this.
One time, I tried a triple VPN: First connecting through a PPTP, then though a L2TP, and finally through an OpenVPN. But unfortunately I failed to reach highid.

I appreciate your answer. But I'm not entirely sure to well understand. So, let us begin with simple things: First, could you you confirm if yes or not, with the "douple vpn" configuration I described above, the DL traffic goes from the web to openvpn server, then to itshidden server, then to my router, then to my pc ?

    Now, one step beyond:

I didn't know "Port Listener XP". It seems great. I will experiment it. But for know, I am testing Ipredator. It seems to be in some way the opposite of Itshidden, in the sense that behind Ipredator (witch is a PPTP VPN as ItsHidden, not an OpenVPN), my emule is always highid, what ever port I use ; I even don't have to forward any port on my router. and even without needing that the vpn provider give me particular port (whereas with my OpenVPN, the ports I have to use for my mule be on highid, are those that my VPN provider explicitly opened for my account)

Until now, I believed that all port of Ipredator was opened.

But (with Ipredator connected) I just tried CanYouSee.org to check some ports.

First surprise: For port 80 and 443, CanYouSee answered
I could not see your service on port 80
    (resp 443).

Moreover, the port my emule is using are 35412 (TCP) and 45412 (UDP). When I checked 35412, CanYouSee answered
Success: I can see your service on port 35412
ok, that's fine... But when I checked port 45412, the answer was
I could not see your service on port 45412
although my emule indicates that this port is open, and that Kad isn't firewalled..

    What sorcery is that ?

    It does.

Did you have anything listening on that port? That's why I recommended PLXP.

I could not see your service on port 45412
UDP is a connectionless protocol. You don't listen on UDP ports, you sit on them and wait until someone starts throwing data at you. CanYouSeeMe.org can only check TCP ports. If eMule says your UDP port is reachable, you're fine.

Yes, with and without PLXP. More precisely, being connected to Ipredator I'm using at this time, and the TCP port of my running emule being 35412, the answers of CanYouSeeMe are the following:

    1) Without PLXP:

    Code:
    21: closed
    22: closed
    23: closed
    25: closed
    80: closed
    110: closed
    143: closed
    4662: closed
    35412: open

    2) With PLXP protecting these ports:
    Code:
    21: closed
    22: open
    23: open
    25: closed
    80: closed
    110: closed
    143: closed
    4662: closed
    35412: open
2 attacks (on ports 22 and 23) detected by PLXP.

I will check later with ItsHidden.

Have you tried several times? Or perhaps PLXP can't cover so many ports at the same time, do it in intervals of 2 ports.

Anyway, that should be enough proof you're connectable

I tried 3 times with a list of protected ports limited to port 80, and 3 times with a list limited to the only port 21.

In each six case, CanYouSeeMe saw these ports as closed, I use PLXP or not.

But anyway the connectivity was not an issue with Ipredator. I'm surprised that so many ports are seen as closed with Ipredator and PLXP protecting them. Until know, I had the impression that the most ports were avaible with Ipredator.
But the connectivity was anyway not a problem with this vpn. It will be interesting to see through with ports I'm connectable with Itshidden.
