Lol...
I love that gif and always wanted to use that creepy kid somewhere...
Anyway,
I have never understood the rationale in banning a whole country for a few bad apples...
And India is like huge man...Like 75 billion people...
BTW from all the articles I have read all over the world the CHINESE have got mad rep about being the best hackers in the world...
I can understand that since the government has an itchy finger and like to ban things left right and center...You've got to be the best to take on the govt man...
75 billion people? Your stats are a bit off.
And as much as I dislike country bans, I can understand why trackers place them. More often than not it isn't a "few" bad users that come from those banned countries, but a rather significant percentage, and it takes the staff a lot of time and work to continuously deal with them, so they just block the whole country. But good users are squashed on the crossfire...

FILEnetworks Blog: DigitalHive Tracker Bans Romania, Israel Could Be Next
And so DH jumps the .ro </3 bandwagon.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
and so I laugh at them. the small trackers can ban whoever they want.
who needs them when the alternatives are so much better?
one addition:
brazilian and portuguese signups are banned on x264.me.
Staff Edit: added.

The first one, I believe. At least that's what I interpreted it as.
Yes,tracker's loss sorry for typo i'm angry about country bans.I think reason is slow speeds and too many users from that countries cause i don't think aficans have better speeds than these countries.

my only worry about TURKEY's ban is UnderGroundGamer ( also it is just not a ban ,but i shouldn't have to use any backdoor "proxy thing" to get there.)
i guess one day i can surf on UG well.
