On vuze extreme this mod work perfectly with show you as a seeder and I just add torrents without real files but I can't load on vuze 1000 torrents
OK, if fake preseeding works with Vuze, it should work with mR too.
Add torrents as 100% done with 0 upload and 0 download. Remember you can add a folder full of .torrents, but will still need to specify the settings individually.

PMR works on SCC? I've been using RM for awhile now and it's working wonderfully. I know that PiGgy once said that PMR works on SCC with huge flashes but others with small flashes got banned. How much did you put?
