Today I got banned from hd-bits.ro. I was cheating with RM with upload speed around 130.

Remember they have that average monthly traffic sh*t - it may not necessarily be cheating that got you disabled.

What about IRC?

Well my monthly traffic was around 14 GBs. But my selection of the torrent for fake ul/dl was wrong. It was torrent having only 1 seeder even after 24+ hrs. I kept DL speed more than 300kBps in RM, also seeded it afterwords. But may be it looked odd that only I was able to download torrent completely before others; considering my Internet b/w.

This is what I think is the reason. I don't see any other mistake I done.

i am almost ashamed to admit this, but two days ago i was banned from BTN. the truth is that i got greedy and pushed my luck too far (RM + uploaded >15GB on a torrent that was not active enough), so it's my fault. on the other hand, i only pushed it because i'm sitting fat at BitMeTV, so i don't need that site anyway. but please be careful, my friends.

There's no shame in admiting it here on this forum, doing so can only help others here so they too can learn.

RM is just missing one thing and its DigitalDJ's hack smarts regarding safe upload in my opinion. If that was included lolololol its like all ur holidays came at once

Are you talking about intelligent mode? That isn't possible to add to a ratio tool by design - it doesn't connect to peers, and uses the speeds you tell it to.

yeah intelligent mode,but maybe nt connect to peers but at least detect speed, numbers in swarm like VEM does for super safe cheating

By not connecting to peers the RM can't detect the swarm speed either

And the Extreme Mod's calculation isn't 100% exact for that matter.

What you can do is looking at the peerlist (if available) and adjusting your speeds accordingly

Yup thats a good idea and its what ive been doing since starting out on bt (thanks to very knowledgeable post by the likes of urself and others), if rm was able to do it automatically and check for zero swarm speed, it would be a lot safer thats all. this is just a wish and maybe just wishful thinking hehe

Sadly it can't and it probably never will. Unless Mr. RM adds an option to download and parse the peerlist from the tracker's frontend or something...
