I remember when one of our ISPs wanted to introduce a 4GB transfer limit. Let's just say it didn't prosper. They're already shaping P2P, what else do they want?

i have at least 10GB of movies and music I have yet to touch

But depending on how much time I have on my hands, I download around 4-5GB daily!

Heh, I kind of know how you feel. In the past I downloaded a lot, I even left my PC turned on leeching overnight - but now I don't do that anymore. Must have something to do with turning to movies and music instead of warez and games, because my PC can't handle new ones anymore.

LOLz I used to download a lot more! I eventually realized I had so much stuff I would never use or have time to enjoy and that I was wasting time downloading and sorting it. Also, hard drive space has become more precious to me.

Yesterday I downloaded 50Gb ...so it depends on what I find and how many gigs are available on my hdd :)

Man, for awhile it was close to 30 gigs a day, but I have reached a point where I have almost everything I want. My movie and game collection is huge. I have a bunch of stuff I want to watch/play. So lately, I have barely been downloading. 1 gig every couple days.

My ISP have ridiculously poor plans where I live and for a while their system was flawed and allowed unlimited downloading at the end of your billing period. Now that this glitch has been fixed it has left me with little torrenting and a search towards a new provider.

Perhaps you should look at upgrading your PC, you always get a feeling that users on various forums are quite the PC builders and maintainers.
