I locked your thread because it was on the wrong section and asked for information you could find through searching. However, I don't see the problem with this one.

To disable DHT, you must deactivate the "Distributed Database" plugin.

To use an HTTP proxy on Vuze, you'll need to tick "enable proxying of tracker communications". Type the proxy's IP after "Host", and the "Port", then restart.

Vuze automatically assumes you're using an HTTP proxy unless you tick "I have a SOCKS proxy".

Okay Thank you very much I could :)

I did test the software and this is what coming to me:
    "HTTP proxy found

So that means a good proxy right? He was able to connect to Proxy?

failed to query proxy - Connect timeout
Doesn't look like that. Check if the proxy is up and running.

Also, I can see you're not connectable. Unless 6x.x9.14x.2x isn't your IP, remember to forward the port in your router or firewall.

Why don't you try to read the whole topic stickied in the Tutorials Section which will deeply lead you to set an appropriate proxy settings to fit with your connection.

While the procedure is basically the same, he doesn't want to use a proxy app.

hmm,you got a point, though I believe using a proxy tool partially guarantees complete & efficient anonymous level which leads to better surfing/Ineting experience imo

Yes, but he doesn't want to surf the net with Vuze, he wants to announce to the tracker behind a proxy.
