Mostly because upload speed sucks, just like everybody else :-)

Although my upload speed is low, I have a 1 TB internal HDD out of which I use 500 GB to seed whatever I download and I seed 24 hours a day to gain bonus points and buy upload. But there are certain trackers like TL where you neither get points, nor anything gets uploaded so I cheat there. Also I cheat initially on trackers to gain good stats and become PU but don't cheat once I am established on the tracker.
