Ronaldo's future at United has been the subject of constant speculation, with Real having trailed his signature for the last three summers.

I understand Man U debt is quite large, sooner or later they are going to need to sell. I wonder how Real Madrid is financing these deals, I read somewhere they now have €200 million transfer kitty.

I'm a United fan and i can say i'm glad he has gone. Great player but his style not a favourite of mine at all. Never really liked the arrogant c*nt.
And with Owen, I think it's a smart move by Fergie, he's not getting paid alot of money, he was on a free too. He will only be used as a sub in cases when man utd desperate to score/need to rest players.
ronaldo wont be the manU ronaldo any more, but along with kaka and benzema they can destroy any team on the planet.
