One question just real quick (maybe not the right place but anyway)
With the IP change thing...if you have a dynamic IP, then the IP would change everynowandthen. So you would get banned easyly ???

IP changes are acceptable to an extent. I shall use What.CD as an example, because I don't know IP changs in concerns to FSC. What.CD will ban after an international IP change, as they argue you can't be in the UK one day, and Australia the next, which makes sense. However they do allow for national IP changes, and argue that it is possible and common for users to change ISP, and therefore gain a new IP.
