There are new trackers opening all the time as equally as there are trackers closing all the time.
But I do like this:
• www.knights.it - Our obligatory ridiculous tracker - 3,000 members sharing just 16 torrents. But the best 16 torrents you’ll ever find! lulz.

a lot of these may look like crap today but you never know what they might develop into
i joined scc via open signup when they first popped up and let it die of inactivity because it was so bad, and these days many guys/gals want to get in there
maybe one of them is the next big thing...
...or maybe not
