3 things could have happened

.
1.I got banned too.
2All SB-i got banned(like with BCG and tophos)
3.The site is down.

I like options 1 and 2 but I think its more 3 than.

There is no way to ban us when they were open for registration when I registered.

You now need to transfer (up+down) at least 10GB a month to avoid being disabled.

You sure they didnt just ban you using Iptables maybe?
That would make it appear to you like the site was offline.
It basically blocks you from hitting or even pinging the server if they do it that way as apposed to the way most sites do bans allowing you to tell when your banned.
