The problem could happen on any tracker, since it'd appear to be RMeX-related.

hm when I fake DL and UP and stop before uptade and start again my % of files is higher than 0 so in the peerlist is easy to see me ... for example : before uptade my % of files was 10 and then stop, start again and in the peerlist is show "time : ---" and "10%" it easy to see this.... Its rly safe?
There's absolutely nothing suspicious about that.

Right, 1GBit = 128MB. You'd need at the very least a 1.5Gbit box to reach 190MB/s, and that's assuming you use it to almost full capacity, not to mention protocol overhead and such.
