He did miss at least one that I know of from SB-I.
He, like most petulant, friendless children, have nothing to do with their time than to stalk those who he deems worthy of his undivided attention. He feels as though people who use ratio cheating tools must be punished, but doesn't realize that sharing air with him is punishment enough.
Eventually, once he's been ignored long enough, he'll manage to find his way back to his mother's basement, his permanent abode. Knowing that he is infinitesimal in every way and only a small fish in a big pond as far as tracker admins go (there are well over 900 torrent sites - anyone with an IQ over 3 can create one, so he's not special), reality will sink in, and hopefully, he'll drink bleach and die.
What I am wondering is how he found you all to ban everyone.

First check the client whitelist in the forums as this site is somewhat picky. Pick a new or well seeded leeched torrent and check the peerlist to figure an average. I would suggest noraml Fake upload Speed Mode ++ at about 50-100KBps to be safe, but it is best to check the peerlist in the details for each torrent due to the fact that they are somewhat picky. I have only used the RatioMaster (uTorrent emulation) there, but can give you the same tip: keep an eye on the peerlist. You can do up to 100kB/s safely, just jump on new torrents with lots of leechers. They will turn into seeders quickly, but new, real ones will keep on jumping for some time. Once you're a seed, feel free to "improve" your speeds so as to "hide" yourself among other seeders.

Though there are not soooo many ones with high leechers...but I guess 1-15 will be enough

That's what I meant. Usually the most leeched torrents have 1 seeder and ~10 leechers. Jump on them as soon as possible!but I guess 1-15 will be enough
