How the hell could I know my potential invitee's IP addresses? Most people refuse to willingly give that kind of information.

that's a simple measure against trading. normally the first two "blocks" of your ip don't change.

Careful with iTS, they have twisted admins, i heard they're more evil than What.CD staff...global ban is guaranteed if you're planning to do anything stupid (trading,cheating....).
