Well if 95% of your enemies are from Russia then you have to watch over people coming from there and you will be in good shape most of the time. The list they published lately shows the list of the countries they black list, but the only difference now is that they decided to cut the way on any new most probably potential enemies.
You couldn't blame them for making their scripts more sensitive for countries that aren't banned but have an above-average number of cheaters. Just like I don't blame them for banning countries where an excessive of cheating/trading/etc. comes from, even though I don't agree with it at all.
Either way this is just theory, we don't even know whether they're doing this or not.

Hmmm...dunno why it's level 7 now. I just use 300-400 KB/s with the RM on popular torrents (especially games) and from one game I can get 15 GB+ upload.
it's lv7 because you can't go much higher than that and flashing dösn't work anymore. they're also picky about speeds and actually looking at isps

Flashing not working anymore is already a great achievement, it took them years to fix it when even "detect abnormal speeds" would have done the trick

You can safely use RM as long as your up speed looks legit , and please try not to go overboard with the torrent upload. Make sure to upload to 1.2 to 1.4 of the torrent file and sometimes,try not uploading anything on a torrent. That makes it legit.
Anyway, RevTT is only good for requests.

hey there. can you tell me how can i create dupe accounts by circunventing the country ban? i'd love to use proxies but i suppose they might have been already abused or revtt might be aware of 'em. is TOR safe?
