Make some friends and do some giveaways. Encouraging the usage of others as a means to an end and indiscriminate giveaways to gain rep points.
Take the freeleech sections apart and IPT > SCC. Keep them there and IPT still has packs. I'd prefer that over SCC.

Yeah GFT is useless I agree, but I was talking about pretimes.
But IPT is not useless at all in my opinion, it's one of the greatest general trackers, I'm not talking about 0day stuff which you can find on any site, but there are some old rare stuff that you can't find easily on any tracker.
