Only with certain XBT-based trackers that have enabled the stats page.

Both are good sites, but IPT has way more torrents and users than LL. The latter used to be way more active, but lost a great deal of its users after the loads of server changes and downtimes at the beginning of this year.
So, to answer your question, this is better than LeechersLair.

Does IPT still hold the top spot for general 0day/big-archive tracker or has any other surpassed it?
TL is better in that regard. New torrents have thousands of seeders right after they're released, but long-term retention isn't the best.
