I don't donate to tracker because I don't even have enough to support myself. However, if things were different, I would definitely donate.

What is your opinion its a good idea to donate for grow up the trackers??

Its obviously a good idea to donate to those trackers that spend the money in the development of the site (which is most well-known trackers imo). I haven't donated yet because I didn't have any money in my Paypal account. When I do get some money, I'll first buy a couple of invites to trackers that I've been wanting to get in for a really long time.
