Lol, I got banned again, but I was searching through my router settings and I found this thing called DHCP release and DHCP renew and when I clicked release, it completely changed my IP all the way...

Didn't work. Still same IP. I used a firmware that was close to mines.

403 Forbidden
Unauthorized IP address.
