I used to upload like that on TL, got my account for 4 years until a ban happened, them i switched my routine..
i advise you, even if you upload like that to:
1 - low your upload speed on that...

about the port, mine mR does the same thing when i open my torrent downloader FIRST
it happens because only 1 program can use a port at a time, but nothing is wrong with it, it works just fine

not on version 3.5, i can't tell about 3.6 cuz i don't have access to it yet
