The Shutter said "was banned for using wm @ 1mb/s upload 900kb/s...

What speed should I use to be safe? Considering that in 1 month I had to do 30 GB download and 30 GB upload. Please give me advice..

Same with upload, it counts double. I mention that the torrent is one of the normal torrents (without any 2x download or 2x upload)
