I'm NOT using ipv6! It's disabled in network adapter options

IPV6 is disabled all the time
normal utorrent is working userenity gets tracker sending invalid data...

I'll try to enable IPV6 but it's only in local mode as far as I know my ISP is not IPV6...

This version has the problem when you limit upload speed it lowers download speed.

Previous v15 had no problems. You could download at max speed and still have upload limited to 5-6k
