RM, mRatio, every tools work there.
However, they do VERY care hit and run. I suggest use ratio faker to keep every torrent above 0.6 ratio or seed 48 hours.

speed is not good, contents are bad, and no community, which results in very little user activity. I can't think of any good reason to use it.

They are few peers on any torrents, so just try to keep upload slower.
and I can confirm mRatio works on packs with 30~50kb/s. I personally tried it myself for weeks without any problem.

mRatio works there. set speed between 100~150kb/s on packs. have upload more than 100G. and my acct still alive.

actually, I was using waffles method with RM, up speed 1Mb/s. vipmusic tracker's default announce time is 1 hour. So I got around 3~4GB before I hit the stop button.
