Old torrents are just that, OLD. There's, usually, very few people on those torrents so the speeds are reduced, both down and up, significantly. So...

I had that problem once.. I solved it by reinstalling userenity (deleting the files in the AppData, and downloading userenity again, since userenity doesn't need installation, and do a registry...
