I use the Level3 DNS servers(4.2.2.1/4.2.2.2). No performance loss, better uptime than my ISP's given DNS servers, overall I'm preferring using the Level3 ones. Thanks for showing me these.

Yes, I've been using that for about 2 weeks now. It's faster than the Google version and doesn't send any information about what you're doing. It's quite a good browser.

I've recently tried this on my PSP, it has a decent storyline, I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a fighting game on the PSP.

If you have the choice between 7 and Vista, obviously take 7. Overall it has less problems than Vista, better choice by far.
I'm on it right now, have been for a few months. If you had performance issues on Vista, chances are you will on 7 aswell. It's more or less Windows Vista SP3.
