You have to set up autodl to automatically grab the files as soon as it's uploaded on the site. Check the guide on the forum of the trackers.

It's not safe. If someone tries to download from you they will notice that they can't connect to you and you appear as connectable. You might get reported to staff. This happens a lot on...

Maybe you got banned. Try changing the ip and enter the url again. I just checked the url and it works for me. I can see the login page.
