[FAQ] Fussball live über p2p tv

Seit Premiere die Verschlüsselung gewechselt hat haben die meisten ja keine Möglichkeit mehr sich Spiele Live an zu schauen.
Eine Alternative für richtige Fans wäre p2p tv...
Leider ist die Quali oft nicht die beste und meistens hat man auch keinen Deutschen Kommentar.
Aber notfalls kann man ja denn Ton ausmachen und meistens wenn man ein paar Streams durch probiert findet man auch einen wo das Bild ganz in Ordnung ist.

Hi, das kann sein die Player waren damals dort verlinkt.
Aber auf den entsprechenden Seiten (2) sollte man ebenfalls an die benötigten Tools kommen.

@Butcho: habe mir mal erlaubt bei deinem engen Zeitfenster dir die Arbeit abzunehmen;)

Dann stelle ich hier die Links der allgemeinen bekanntesten Stream Seiten im Bezug auf Fußball vor.
Vorab noch ein kleiner Tip, meistens werden ca. 1/2 Std. vor Beginn des Spiels erst die Streamingseiten gestartet bzw. man erfährt es dort über den Kommentaren nach dem man zb. über Google sich ein aktuelles Spiel wie zb. Schalke vs. Dortmund + Live Stream eingeben hat. Google dürfte dann ausreichend Seiten gesucht haben die zu den Live-Streams hinführen, wichtig ist natürlich eine hohe Bandbreite mind. ab 16+ damit es zu keinen Rucklern und Aussetzern kommt.

Hier erstmal die allgemeinen Programme die man sich schon mal im Vorfeld besorgen (leider alle auf englisch erklärt) sollte:

11. After a short delay (this can take 5 -10 minutes) whilst the channel buffers the channel will then appear. You can view the buffer status at the bottom of the viewer. If the buffer doesn't appear to move for a long time please try a different channel. The sound icon allows you to change the sound balance that may help to isolate an English commentary if one is available.

12. In order to view full screen you will need to right click on the viewer and select Zoom > Full Screen. Alt+Tab will return to the normal view.

It is far more important with TVAnts (even more so than other P2P programs) to make sure that you are tuned into a stream early to give the program time to buffer.

1. Click on the channel link

2. Depending on which browser you use you may be asked whether or not you wish to use an application. You should select to always use the application with links of that type in order to not be asked again in the future.

3. If this is the first channel you have selected you will see a number of firewall security messages.

4. Make sure you Allow each of these programs to access the internet.

5. The PPLive blue icon will appear in the tray area (bottom left by default) and start animating.

6. You can double click on this icon to see your connection status.

7. When enough of the stream has downloaded (buffered) Windows Media Player will then start and you will be watching the channel after a short delay.

8. If the buffer stays at 0% for more than a few minutes then that channel is not currently active, select another.

9. You can select a different channel by repeating from step 1.

10. When you have finished you must remember to close PPLive as well as media player. You can do this by right clicking on its icon and selecting Exit.

It may take several minutes in order for the picture quality to stabilise. In order to watch full screen you should select Windows Media Player and press Alt + Tab.

11. PPStream will then start, if you have a firewall a security alert(s) will appear. Make sure that you allow PPStream to access the internet.

12. The main PPStream application is broken into 3 parts. The left side contains a channel list.

13. The middle section contains a media viewer.

14. Double click a channel on the left to watch it. After a few minutes buffering (you will see the percentage increase) the channel should then appear in the viewer. As a tip, channels that end in characters that look like "aoy" tend to be sports channels.

15. It is safe to close the right hand part of the PPStream application.

16. You can use Alt+Tab to view full screen.

Performance Tips

Although P2P technology gets better all the time there are still a few things to look out for if you are experiencing performance issues. Remember to always use the latest versions of the programs that are available and that some channels just don't stream very well due to the number of people viewing. As a general guide the channels with the most viewers will be smoothest for P2P stream sharing.

Specification - By attempting to watch live television over the internet you are quite close to the cutting edge of internet technology. As mentioned previously you will need at least a 1Mb broadband connection. Your PC should be at least a Pentium3 model and have 256MB of ram. This should really be considered the minimum for running Windows XP and Media Player 9 and above anyway.

Resolution - If it almost appears as if you see the individual frames "flipping" in the stream you are watching then the problem is likely due to your graphics card. You should try reducing both the colour depth and resolution. If this fails it may be necessary to watch in a smaller window and not maximise the display window. Try experimenting until you can find a display that doesn't "flip" yet is large enough to watch.

Jerky Playback Even With 100% Buffer - If the stream appears to start and stop even though you are receiving a 100% buffer then the problem could be down to a combination of your processor and software firewall. If your PC is at the lower end of the specification required and you are running a software firewall this can sometimes happen. If your computer is behind a router (not a modem) then it may be ok to turn of your software firewall temporarily to see if it helps. This should never be done lightly and you must remember to enable it again as soon as you are finished.

No Decent Streams With XP Service Pack 2 - If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2 and just can't get a decent stream for any channel the problem could be to do with a windows limitation that was introduced in service pack 2. This security measure limits the number of half open connections to 10 instead of 50 and can affect P2P programs such as those above. Q: The channel I've selected doesn't even start to buffer?
A: Some channels only broadcast at certain times of the day, this is especially true of some of the sports channels that will only broadcast when they are due to show a game.

Q: The channel I've selected is only showing a black screen?
A: Some channels put out a blank stream between events, this is not normally a problem and you will see the program when it starts.

Q: Even with all the performance tips a channel is still stopping and starting?
A: Some channels are high bandwidth (500 kbps+) which means that you will need a lot of good sources to view a smooth picture. Network conditions and the number of users close to you can affect this. The best solution is to try another channel.

Q: Windows Media Player just continuously buffers?
A: Try messing with your Windows Media Player buffer time (vary between 10 and 30 seconds). Other than this it may be simply that there are not enough sources for the channel you wish to watch.

Fußball per Live-Stream: Illegal oder nicht?

Nach der für viele deutlich zu langen Sommerpause steht an diesem Wochenende der Start der Fußball-Bundesliga auf dem Programm. Doch längst nicht alle Fußballfans kommen in den Genuss einer Dauerkarte ihres Lieblingsclubs oder entscheiden sich für kostenpflichtige Dienste wie Sky oder Liga Total. Einigen ist das Angebot an Fußballübertragungen im Free-TV jedoch auch zu dünn. Mittlerweile greifen daher immer mehr Internetnutzer zu Streams aus dem Internet, die auf speziellen Portalen von Privatpersonen in immer besserer Qualität zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die berechtigte Frage vieler Nutzer ist dabei: Ist das Benutzen eines solchen Dienstes rechtswidrig oder nicht?

Zunächst ist zwischen den verschiedenen technischen Infrastrukturen zu unterscheiden. Auf der einen Seite stehen Portale, die ihre Streams direkt in den Browser einbinden. Daneben gibt es Dienste, die für die von ihnen angebotenen bzw. verlinkten Streams externe Software benötigen (etwa SopCast oder PPLive). Die letztgenannten Programme verwenden die sogenannte P2PTV Technologie.

Streams, die direkt im Browser angezeigt werden, stellen in der Regel keine dauerhafte Kopie auf dem Rechner des Nutzers her. Das Videomaterial wird nur flüchtig im Zwischenspeicher gelagert. Daher greift nach unserer Einschätzung - wie bei Portalen wie bspw. kino.to - die Ausnahmeregelung des § 44a UrhG, wonach flüchtige Kopien zur Übertragung in Netzen nicht rechtswidrig sind. Dennoch sind auch solche Dienste nicht unbedenklich, da der Nutzer nicht sofort erkennt, ob nicht etwa doch dauerhafte Kopien auf seinem Rechner angefertigt werden.

Die rechtliche Beurteilung der mit der P2PTV-Technologie laufenden Software stellt sich hingegen anders dar. Hier ist der Nutzer nicht nur Empfänger, sondern zeitgleich auch Sender des Streams. Auch wenn dieser Umstand dem Großteil der Nutzer wohl nicht bewusst sein wird, stellt diese Handlung unstreitig einen Urheberrechtsverstoß dar.

Ob das Streamingmaterial von inländischen Sendern wie Sky oder von ausländischen Anbietern stammt, ist im Zweifel unerheblich - in der Regel wird kein Sender einer öffentlichen Verbreitung per Internetstream zugestimmt haben.

Zwar werden bisher Rechtsverletzungen noch nicht in einem Umfang verfolgt, wie dies etwa bei Musikdownloads der Fall ist. Will man aber kostenpflichtigen Abmahnungen auch in diesem Bereich aus dem Weg gehen, ist der Abschluss eines kostenpflichtigen Abonnements jedoch vorzuziehen.

So ich denke die Rechtsfrage sollte jeder für sich selbst beantworten können, ansonsten wünsche ich Euch viel Spaß und hoffe das es ausreichend erklärt wurde!
Gelegentlich kann es auch vorkommen das der ein oder andere Link nicht mehr funktioniert bzw. der Anbieter vom Netz ist, für eine kleine Info wäre ich dankbar um dann den Link zu löschen.
Solltet Ihr noch News oder Updates haben so bitte ich Euch dieses hier zu posten.

Ansonsten sollte weiterhin hier sachlich über Stream-TV diskutiert werden...
