the suicide squad, a band of hardcore criminals given a license to kill by the government in order to do their dirty work for them - IRL this is ISIL in Syria, working for the likes of CIA and MOSSAD, terrorizing people and trying to destroy a country through open militant insurgency
on a more subconscious level, they are playing with the idea "what if I could do anything I wanted without fear of punishment or retribution, how fun would that be"
back in the real world only fools are doing whatever they like, unaware of karmic consequences of their actions
