Yes, there's that problem with all the Report-Seeder mods. The tracker will only give you the IP addresses of other leechers, since you're claiming to have 100% of the torrent. Therefore downloads on torrents with few or no leechers will be nigh-impossible.

Just instaled normal utorrent and it works fine. Maybe the site blocks this one.
