A quick check of their server says mRatio won't work without Fixer, but RM+ should (as long as you've read the first post of its release thread), and of course so will BBTEM.
The biggest challenge may be finding good torrents, as it seems this tracker is just a few months old.
Using mratio with fixer. upload speed around 2 mbps and download speed around 8 mbps. only go for torrents with 3 to 5 leechers.
