i am not talking to download any videos from any site, this app also has feature to download .exe ,.iso files.
i tried all version, i turned off wifi,
i am not able to run the app in windows 7 ( not talking about downloading),
issue seems in my pc, am i missing any requirement?

Different program, same error, potential solutions. Python and its modules are so complicated to install under Windows that I personally find it easier to use a Linux VM.
With that said, FireDM has been abandoned, Windows 7 is unsupported, and x86 is being slowly phased out, so you may have to spend some time getting this to work.

my issue resolved.
Nice. If I were you, I'd look for the "lost" Java 9 x86 installer and use jDownloader, though. You'll be amazed by its features and list of supported sites.
