I wonder how much of a good business running a porntube is. Advertising profits must be pretty significant, since most other sites do not allow the particular sort you'll find within.

I don't think that Viagra could work without any arousal. If you want to get a sustainable purely mechanical erection without being aroused at all, even when flipping through a book full of cancerous tumors pictures, you have to use intra cavernosal penile injection with vasodilatators such as papaverine or alprostadil (a prostaglandin).

But it is not very glamour to admit the use of such expedients... Probably best to speak about viagra.
