I'll see, but there must have been a good reason I didn't get back to you... probably because I was too lazy or forgot.
Why do you need to fake your stats weekly anyway?

As you can see, it is terrible!!
The highlighted values is what I'd like to change. In the statistic appears the date it was last used. So, every time I apply for anything another one must be made.
Say I change uploaded/downloaded this run but then I'll also need to change the incoming connections/outgoing connections and others in order to appear legit.
The first block of information and "last launched" are both stored, or calculated from information stored, in settings.dat.
"Uploaded/downloaded this run" and "connections since start" are in memory, which means you could find and edit them with a program like Cheat Engine (same goes for the uploaded amount shown in the status bar), but that's a little more complicated.
Anyone knows if there's a way to see who has me on their ICQ contact list?
I found a rather old post on the subject. Don't know if this still works but it's worth a try.
ICQ-4U.com - ICQ files and information for you! - ICQ FAQ and help articlesQuote:
Often, people want to know whose ICQ contact list they're on. In MSN Messenger, this is very simple. In the options, there is a section that will show you a listing of who has you on their list.
In ICQ there is no such list. But there is a way to get a rough idea of who has you on their list. This method isn't 100% effective, but you can be made certain of some of the contacts.
The idea has to do with how the ICQ client automatically updates certain details about the contacts on your list. For certain details changes, the ICQ client will make the updates without prompting you.
An example of this is the phone numbers. Go and add a phone number to your profile. Do it via Main > View / Change My Details > Phone Book. Enter a new number, check Publish To All.
Now, all the ICQ clients who have you on their list will get your new phone number automatically.
But this is done without anyone being prompted, and your phone number is sent to any client that asks for it without asking you for authorization. That's because by default, the ICQ client is set to automatically give authorization to anyone who asks for your phone number. We want to the make the ICQ client prompt you for authorization and we can do this by making a change in Security and Privacy Permissions.
Open Main > Security and Privacy Permissions > Contact Info / Files. Uncheck "Auto Accept" for Phone Numbers, and set the permission to "Everyone."
Then hit okay. Now change your phone number again, because the last one was pre-authorized.
Now wait a while, and you should receive requests from people asking for your new phone number which you need to give authorization for.
This is happening because the other clients are asking for it automatically without the knowledge of the users.
You will get requests from anyone who has you on their list, as long as they are online. So you may have to wait several hours to allow people to come online before they can send you requests.
This method doesn't work against Trillian/Miranda/et cetera.
I found that too, but didn't try it. Was hoping there'd be a more straightforward way, like in MSN where you can see a list of all the people who have ever added you.
I found my old QIP install today, and after logging in noticed some of the people I used to talk to are missing. Not sure if they're still around, but I'd like to readd them.
Okay, it makes me a bit sad to say this, but I'm on Opera again. After I expressed my newfound love for Firefox in the forums, some of you might be a bit confused. Let's say that there's stuff you only find out after some time of usage.
The rendering speeds are slower than in Opera or Chrome. This didn't look like a huge difference initially, and I thought that unless ridiculously slow, it wouldn't matter much. Turns out that while regular browsing was mostly unaffected, the difference really shows with large and/or complex documents. I have low-end hardware, but if Fx takes 10 seconds to open a MHT file Opera displays in 1, there's still something very wrong with it.
I was really hoping that with the release of v15 on August this annoyance would be gone. There were slight improvements, but nothing much. The people in charge of Project Snappy haven't done a lot to get the browser on par with the competition speed-wise. Perhaps some of you remember my frustration regarding UI lag, caused by delays in the cycle collector. I was able to "solve" that by uninstalling some addons I really didn't need, but it's still there when you let the program run long enough. Middle-click to close three tabs, it freezes for a second then they're all gone. It shouldn't be like that.
I've repeatedly praised the level to which Firefox can be extended, mostly via addons, and still stand by that 100%. You can do some great things that cannot be done elsewhere, e.g. manipulating HTTP redirects based on regexps. But what's the point of having all that when starting the browser makes it slowly walk towards slowdowns and unusability? It's really frustrating.
So, after thinking it through, I decided to switch back as I always did in prior attempts to change my browser. It just took longer this time. Opera may not have a lot of the fancy things I've gotten used to, but I have the assurance that I can leave it open for a month, and it'll still work quickly and smoothly.
Oh big red O, please forgive me for being deluded by false idols. I am back under your wing, and that's where my heart will remain also, forever and ever.
time for sleeping mates ! =)
If only Opera had the same addons as FF I would also switch. Like you said, I too have a low end rig and sometimes it's just irritating at how long FF needs to open something. For instance, I can't watch YT videos anymore, without constantly stuttering.
I had to choose no addons at all, because they all demand you have JavaScript globally enabled :stupid:
The only thing I'm missing right now is the functionality of NoRedirect, HTTPS Everywhere and Redirect Cleaner.
Can someone tell me if for you guys forum warez-bb is also opening super slow or sometimes even don't?
Put that in your hosts file, flush DNS cache, try again.Code:119.42.146.34 www.warez-bb.org

I have a colleague that has a computer with a broken motherboard battery (cr2032). The problem is that the date/timeresets to the board's manufacturer date, which cases problem on several websites (if not all), risk of not connecting at all to the internet, programs like IM won't connect at all etc.
I want to make a script that will automatically set the correct time. It works but how do I get the current date and time? Contrary to popular belief, windows will not auto-update the time and date setting if it is more than 1 month from the current date.
PS. Yes, I am aware that I should of changed the battery but I really want to make this work without it.
