How could I know?
Just ask a friend to check whether he's not able to visit SS and Demonoid either.

Demonoid I'm sure
Demonoid esta bloqueando el acceso a México?? | A Stream of Paranoid
On SS I signed up in the past then I cannot sign in because of my ip adress therefore I used a web proxy, also Mexico is on the list of banned countries
OK, I'll add Mexico to both and some German IP ranges to Demonoid.
anon moreover you should add your country on the list
Why? Both Demonoid and SceneSound work fine here.
is not banned Argentina in any tracker?
As far as I know, no. It was banned from SceneSound when they launched, but they lifted the ban afterwards.
I wonder, if certain countries are banned on any tracker, then would you sign up using a proxy from an accepted country? And after a few weeks, change over to your country. Of course, that would mean change of IP and some tracker may even ban you for 'trading' acc. Any of you tried such a thing?

Why would anyone try that?
I think I've managed to signup to ScT with a banned IP using proxy and then used the account normally with my own IP and everything worked fine, I was never banned..
so you can never know
Maybe SCTdon'tdidn't care about account IPs??
They didn't if you did things correctly.
I couldn't signup using my real IP and it was known around that a certain range of IPs was blocked for SIGN UP.
I then obtained an invite and signed up through rudeproxy.com which is offline nowadays but could browse and download torrents as usual without any proxy
so that means I overrode the signup country IP ban using proxy and wasn't banned after using my real IP.
I wonder if it still works on other trackers that block some countries from only signing up..
