hey, is it safe to use this on bitfactory? or should i use the azureus mod?
Since unknown is a german speaker and BitFactory a german tracker, Rebound thought it'd be OK to answer in that language.
Anyway, he basically said that it's more than safe to use the Faze Mod at BF, and that you can't use the Shu Mod there since Azureus has been banned.

PLEASE let's see an update soon contains all options and PLEASE no 4 private & make 1 version not 1 public and other private only 1 version.
THANKS
EDIT:
i don't like beta versions in any mod so i'm still wating from along time 4 full version so please make it.
Thanks for your update mmmmm
Ideally we should, but we have to test the options we're going to implement in the public version first - unless you'd rather have something that's untested and could get you an insta-ban.
Also, consider that Rebound is coding this in his free time and for fun.
why 2 versions...........
version one is a work in progress version with new ideas a lot of bugs a lot of messed up functions an other things
version two is usually a stable release like beta 1.
now think about it what would happen if we would release version one (private version) i could not stop to count how many would get bannen on the tracker. its only a precaution thats all :top:
How can I disable hash check when I stop downloading and start it again? It's not problem with small files but it takes a lot of time to check big files.
With "when I stop downloading", do you mean hitting the Stop button for a torrent, or exiting Faze?
Either way, that isn't normal. I recommend you do a CHKDSK in your download drive, and see if the issue persists when using these settings (mine ):
Options -> Disk -> Advanced Disk Settings
- Disk allocation type: sparse
- Allocation rate: 2 MB/s
- File locking: Lock while writing
- Extra data checking: Double-check
- Max files open: 50
- Expire resume data (days): 10
- [X] Flush data to disk every: 5 minutes
- [X] Buffering read cache
- [X] Buffering write cache: 4 MB
You've clicked the Thanks button, that's enough.
This has got to be the best mod out there.
I had been using the SHU mod and had gotten banned from a couple of sites but with the faze mod i havent been banned from a single site (including the sites i was banned from on the SHU mod)even though im reporting ten times my dl (i was reporting 2.5 on the SHU mod) great mod guys and i cant wait for the next updates :)
Maybe you mean UL.
Anyway, I'd be careful with a 10x multiplier, since it's very big (if you upload 100MB you'll report 1GB!), and also makes your &uploaded= amount always end with a 0, which anti-uTorrent Mod scripts could pick up. Make sure you check the trackers' anti-cheat security ranklist and cheating experiences threads before cheating on a new tracker. :top:
Have fun with the mod! :wavey:
Your right i did mean upload :)
And i have my UL limited to 50kb so as not to show really big upload rates as well as always been on torrents that have a lot of seeders.at once :) and i never thought of always ending in a zero so i think i will go and change that now thanks
