Great app!
but do you think you can make client emulations For mac Utorrent?
thanks
Hi,
thanks for the mRatio and the new client files.
I know that this program is not from the official Transmission site but i think that it sends the same data to the server: Transmission-Qt Win
Best wishes!
So far I've relied on caps shoulder sent me, but if you say that's the same, we'll see.
If it's not, it's no problem for me creating caps.
A capture, in this context, basically is a copy of the announce the client sends.
To get one, you have to install the real client, run a network sniffer, announce a few times and you're done.
On Windows, a good tool for this is smsniff.
Can someone please creat a client for: uTorrent 3.0 (26473)? Thx in advance! :)
After sometime, the gui is not showing any changes in the download or upload speeds. I'm using only the 'Increase/Decrease speeds gradually' and not the 'randomize speeds after 15mins,etc'. Are the speeds still changing in the background?
I checked this bug report http://www.sb-innovation.de/project.php?issueid=51
Is it the same issue as the 'Increase/Decrease speeds gradually' ? If so please tell me which previous version doesn't have this bug? And will previous versions still work with the newer client files? Will the tracker still see the same kind of announces if I downgrade mratio version?
And also please tell me what these updates were so I know if the previous versions would work for me:
Fixed - Problem with handling retryings when stopping the torrent (Reported)
Added - Port auto reconnect (Requested)
I have only used 4031 so don't know what these changes are.
If you don't use "randomize speeds", your upload/download speeds will not change much - maybe only a little fluctuation which I understand The248 just wanted to make it look cool. The bug you mentioned has nothing to do with "increase/decrease speeds gradually".
I would suggest you stay with this version while waiting for the next release. You are fine with all other issues such as client files and announces.
The bug it's not related with 'Increase/Decrease speeds gradually'.
The speeds are still changing on the background.
The next version (4.1) will fix this problem. (eta = weekend)
All previous version have this problem.
Yes, previous versions (not before 3.7.1) work with new client files, if it's not compatible then the client won't load.
Yes, unless some bug was fixed, all versions should report the same announce to the tracker if using the same client file.
Thanks!
Now if I choose 'm' as the base speed when loading the torrent, it appears in the download/upload limit column. Now if I select change speed every 15 mins between a and b while b is greater than m, then when times comes to change the base speed does it pick up a value between a and b or a and m?
between a and b
