thought to make a list of trackers that don't mind about HIT&RUN.

After a swift look at my tracker database: PassThePopcorn, TvT, What.cd, Waffles, Filelist.ro, IPT, RevTT, Demonoid, PussyTorrents, RuTracker.

(I only included the ones I'm 100% sure about)

scc has an hnr rule. actually they do not care about it, but it is in the faq

CHDBits, HDCity, HDStar,... and some others chinese trackers :D

Added, about TvT, what is the full url? there is too much similar trackers with tvt :)

they have, but it's counted when you log-in while leech/seed there (a few months ago, now idonno lol)

They have ratio system.
but they don't ban at all on ratio reasons.
you can read on their rules.

they DO count ratio.
but they don't ban even if your ratio is really bad. even if you don't upload at all!
