• Includes: Bluetack's level 1 blocklist, CIDR Report's unallocated IPv4 address space, eMule Security's fake servers, eMule Security's Amazon AWS ranges, Cloudflare, ColoCrossing, Multacom, Google, CINS Army badguys list, IANA private and multicast, miscellaneous bad IPs
• Overlapping and duplicate entries have been merged
• Deliberately not included: "badpeers" and "rangetest" lists, as they appear to be too aggressive.

If you mean the program, it's open source, so if it did something malicious people would have found out already. If you mean the blocklist it uses, the author claims it's an "all-in-one combined list, which is a merged combination of several [ones]". In principle I would find that undesirable, since blocklists are a necessary evil at best; stacking them does not equate to better security and IP bans can affect legitimate peers if used too aggressively. I tried to limit mine to "tried and true" ranges, and even then I had my doubts about including unallocated address space, since that changes on a daily basis (but threw it in nonetheless).

Since once again, the program is open source, you don't even need to run it to get a copy of its custom filters. Just surf through the code and see where they're grabbed from :ninja:

Anyway, eMule Security published a new ipfilter on the first of this month, so I deleted the now-outdated attachment in the first post. If they ever lag again, I will revisit this.
